The staff here are friendly in all their services, and the double room I stayed in had a complete Mountain View and shared toilet facilities.

Well, it was a such wonderful stay in my business trip. Everything was nice, enjoyed mountain view from my family bungalow. A bath in the bathroom was a plus. The staff was excellent, amiable all the time. The location was exceptionally nice and beautiful - next to cafés and restaurants. It was a quiet area, a comfortable place for me.

The weather was clear and I had a wonderful stay during my business trip. the location is nice in a quiet area, right by Sapa Rice Fields. - It's very close to different restaurants, the valley next to a river in between the mountains, and the garden.

The location of this place was great, right in the center with restaurants nearby and a long hike to enjoy.

From the bed, the mountain view was a bit obstructed, but it didn't matter because once we stepped onto the balcony, it was like being in a real-life painting. The majestic mountains surrounded us, creating a serene and breathtaking backdrop for our stay. It was like waking up in the middle of a nature's masterpiece every morning.

I had an amazing stay at this eco house. The location was perfect, nestled in a valley between majestic mountains and with stunning views right from my room. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. They even served a delicious breakfast and offered other meals and drinks at a reasonable price. The hotel was located outside of the city center, allowing for a peaceful and serene environment. The transportation services provided by the hotel were convenient and reliable.

We verbleven in een hotel in een fantastische locatie, vlakbij de dierentuin. Het was gemakkelijk te bereiken met de S-Bahn en dicht bij het treinstation Zoologischer Garten. De kamer was prachtig, met een geweldig uitzicht en een comfortabele hangmat. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en we konden genieten van het adembenemende uitzicht vanaf het dakterras op de 10e verdieping. Helaas ontbrak het aan goede roomservice, moesten we ons eigen eten halen en de borden terugbrengen naar het restaurant. Gelukkig was de kamer niet perfect schoongemaakt bij aankomst.

I keep coming back for the friendly staff who helped me with currency recommendations. This place has all I need - free Wi-Fi, valet parking, 24-hour reception, bar/lounge, restaurant, welcome drink. Can't wait to return for New Year!

We got excellent value for our money at this homestay. The room was beautifully decorated and had a comfortable bed with a great view of the mountains. The location was peaceful and the staff treated us like family, making us feel right at home.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was if there were more options.
